Welcome to Worship!
We’re so glad you’re here today as we gather to worship and seek God’s presence. Whether you’re a first-time guest or have been part of our church family for years, we pray this time will encourage your heart and strengthen your faith.
Today, our study of 1 Samuel 25 reminds us of the power of godly wisdom and the dangers of acting out of pride and anger. David nearly destroyed his future by reacting to insult and offense, but God sent Abigail—a woman of remarkable wisdom and courage—to help him see a better way. Her story teaches us powerful lessons about seeking wise counsel, glorifying God no matter our circumstances, leading well, and following the Spirit over our fleshly urges.
We’re all on a journey of learning to walk in God’s wisdom. As we gather today, let’s open our hearts to hear His voice and receive His guidance. And remember, the power of Christ within us is stronger than the pressures around us.
Our church is committed to growing together in faith through:
Gathering in worship and fellowshipGrowing in God’s Word and spiritual practices
Serving one another and our community
Thank you for being here today. If you have any questions or want to get connected, I’d love to hear from you! You can reach me at 410-639-2144 or email me at the address below.
May you be encouraged today to walk in God’s wisdom and live a life that honors Him.
All for Him!
Pastor Gary

Benediction | Life is much more than an accident. Wherever I go, I believe God needs me there. Wherever I am, I trust God has put me there. He has a purpose for me being there - Christ, alive in me, wants to do something through me, no matter where I am. I believe this and go in His grace and His love and His power. |
