Wednesday - Families: God, help us recognize the importance of first making disciples of Christ in our homes. Proverbs 22:6
Thursday - Our Community: God, we ask for your healing of the broken structures and systems in our community. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Merger Prayer Focus: Transforming Church and community
Jesus calls us to not only make new disciples, but in the process to transform the world. That starts with transforming our church and our community into a more loving, Christ-centered, grace-filled place.
Pray that our community would be transformed. Luke 4:18
Pray we could grow as missionaries and evangelists. 2 Timothy 4:5
Pray for enthusiasm in worship. Psalm 100:1-2
Pray for enthusiasm in hospitality. Hebrews 13:2
Pray for generosity in our giving. 2 Cor 9:11
Pray for involvement in risk-taking mission and service. James 1:22
Pray for an openness to try new things. Isaiah 43:19
