Welcome to Church!
We are glad to have you worship with us today. It's a blessing to worship, pray, and serve alongside friends and neighbors.
You probably know last week was special, it was the most significant day of the Christian calendar, Easter Sunday. But do you realize that today is actually just as important; because we celebrate the resurrection every Sunday and because God is just as worthy of praise this week as He was last. So, let’s focus on that.
After today’s worship, take a few minutes to engage friends and neighbors in conversation, or spend a few extra minutes in private prayer. We hope you find that this is not just a place to worship but a faith family eager to show you our love and support.
If you have attended church before, you know every church is unique. A few of the things we hope you will notice about us are first, the priority we give to studying the Bible, not just in worship, but in our every day relationship with God; also, we are committed to blessing others as we seek to represent Christ to our community; and finally we depend on the Holy Spirit to guide and empower us to live our daily lives. We believe these are essential to our calling to be His church here in Rock Hall.
Thank you for being a part of our church family today. My prayer is that our time together in worship would be a source of inspiration, reflection, and connection in your relationship with Jesus. If you have any questions or want to discuss your faith journey, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. My office telephone is 410-639-2144, or send me an email.
Richest Blessings!

Benediction
Life is much more than an accident. Wherever I go, I believe God needs me there. Wherever I am, I trust God has put me there. He has a purpose for me being there -
Christ, alive in me, wants to do something through me, no matter where I am.
I believe this and go in His grace and His love and His power.
If you would like someone to pray with you, please come and meet one of our ministry leaders at the end of the service.

Take it Home:
In Acts 9:32-35, how does Peter's itinerant ministry reflect the model set by Jesus? How does this highlight the dependence on the Holy Spirit in ministry?
Reflecting on Acts 9:32-35, what significance do you find in the term "saints" used to describe the Christians in Lydda? How does this term challenge our understanding of Christian identity and lifestyle?
According to the sermon, what are the four lessons we can learn from the healing of Aeneas in Acts 9:32-35? How do these lessons inform our understanding of divine healing and its purpose?
Considering the story of Tabitha's resurrection in Acts 9:36-43, what qualities of Tabitha's life made her beloved in her community? How does her generosity reflect the character of God?
Based on the sermon's discussion of living a life that reflects the resurrection, how can sacrificial love transform both individuals and communities? How does this align with the biblical teaching on salvation and good works?
